Q. Would I be able to process my order with someone elses credit card?
A. For our customers and card holders' protection, we do not ship an order to an address other than the credit card holder's billing address, as the credit card company does not provide protection when the billing and shipping addresses do not match.
Q. What type of information will you need about the vehicle?
A. During your checkout process, if possible, please include in the comments area the following: the exact Year (with production date if possible), Make, Model. Also include additional information such as engine size (liters), 2wd or 4wd, 4cyl or V6, turbo or non-turbo, abs or non-abs, etc. The best information you can provide is the vin number, that would give us all the required information for your exact part. Q. Why is the Tracking Number provided not displaying any shipping information?
A. Tracking number(s) is provided at the time that your order is packed and ready to be picked up by the shipping company from our warehouse. Please allow 1-2 days after receiving your tracking number to see your package tracking information. The tracking numbers are not active until the package(s) are scanned at the shipping facility; i.e. UPS, FedEX.
Q. It has been one day after I placed my order but I haven't received my part, how come?
A. "Same day shipping" or "One day handling" does not mean you're going to receive your product the next day. Please use the estimated delivery map located in the shipping tab on the top for an estimated arrival time of your order.
A. The reason our prices are so low is because there is no middle man, we keep our overhead low and we sell a high volume of auto parts.
A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover. Simply use "Checkout as guest" and enter your credit card and shipping info on next page. Both checkout methods are verified secure by respective payment processors and certs are displayed and readily available for real time buyer verification on the site, we will e-mail you when your order is shipped.
Q. What if my shipping address I provided was wrong?
A. In the case you make a mistake with your shipping address, you will be charged for any shipping charges, such as having the package returned back to us and sending the package to your correct address.
