Shipping policy

Shipping Information:

Currently, we only ship within the 48 contiguous United States. Most orders will ship out within 1-2 business days after receiving cleared payment. Major carriers i.e. FedEx and UPS do not pick up on weekends or holidays, so we cannot ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. For non-48 States such as Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, APO's, International, etc. please contact us by e-mail first for shipping availability and shipping cost for your product.

Some shipments may require signature due to the size and price of the order.

We DO NOT ship Catalytic Converters to the state of California or Colorado.

Shipment & Delivery Notice:
We are unable to accommodate special delivery instructions, including requests for specific delivery times, phone calls before delivery, or specific drop-off locations.

All shipments are handled by the carrier and will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Missing Item Policy:

If your order arrives with missing parts or accessories, you must contact us withing 24 hours of confirmed delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue. Photos of the received item and packaging may be required to verify missing parts or accessories

Please note that we will not cover any additional costs if you decide to buy the item locally.
